By accessing XMgroup, you agree to these terms and to use the service only in ways permitted by applicable law. XMgroup is intended for educational review, market observation, and simulated trade practice.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
- You must provide accurate contact details when communicating with support or requesting access.
- You are responsible for device security, login confidentiality, and any activity initiated through your access.
3. Simulation boundaries
- All paper trades, positions, P&L values, win-rate summaries, and drawdown figures are simulated outputs only.
- XMgroup does not act as a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or execution venue.
- Differences between simulated and live market conditions may be material, including latency, liquidity, and slippage.
4. Market data and educational content
- Watchlists, charts, quote detail, news summaries, and learning guides are provided for reference only.
- You remain solely responsible for any investment, trading, or financial decision made outside XMgroup.
- Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable from time to time.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or attempt to interfere with app stability or other users.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious files through support channels or attachments.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- XMgroup is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data accuracy, profitability, or fitness for a particular trading objective.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, XMgroup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from app use or reliance on content.
